Woodstock West: Day 6

The organizers were notified that if they didn’t disperse by Monday, May 11, Denver Police would arrive with a temporary restraining order and require dispersal. Not deterred, organizers expanded the shantytown, including coordination for waste, kitchens, and ensuring rotations and leads for safety marshals, first aid, and legal observers.

By evening, all Woodstock West's inhabitants were made aware that if they did not begin to dismantle, Denver Police will be called. Roughly 2,000 people were there at this point, and most stayed overnight.
